- CONCEAL - go for a creamy concealer to hide circles without caking. Standing in natural light, appy 3 coats of color with a concealer brush. The dots should start near the tear duct and under the iris. PAT, don’t RUB, your ring finger over the dots of color to blend.
- ADD COLOR - Brush a shimmery neutral eye shadow over the lids. Choose a golden brown to counteract blue circles, or a taupe if circles are yellow. Apply liner and mascara to top lids and lashes only. (make-up along the lower lashes can smudge or flake, which will add more darkness).
- TREAT - In the evening, after cleansing your skin - apply the eye cream so that while your sleeping, it will work wonders.
